Lindsey + Danny

Baker wedding (235 of 850).jpg

November 3rd our dear friend’s tied the knot at Noboleis Vineyards in Augusta, Missouri. The day was gorgeous! The girls rented a home down the street to get ready while everyone was loving on Lindsey and Danny’s baby Huxley. Once the girls were ready it was time for the first look with the bride and groom. Lindsey and Danny had there first look near these two big wooden doors that lead into the vineyards. Danny and Lindsey make a perfect match together. They could not stop smiling and just loving one another during their pictures. After the first look the ceremony begun. The weather was just perfect to have an outside ceremony. Lindsey was walked down by her brother and father before giving Lindsey away. During the ceremony they exchanged a sand ceremony and also gave each mother a rose. After the ceremony led right into the reception. Their reception was epic! The toasts were perfect with a mixture of funny things but also words from the heart. During the first dance no one had a clue what Lindsey and Danny were about to pull! They went to classes to learn a dance together to share in front of everyone. Danny was twirling Lindsey and flipping her over her head it was like a scene in “ Dirty Dancing.” The reception was beautiful and ended with everyone sipping on the yummy wine and dancing to music. Congrats to Lindsey and Danny we are wishing you a lifetime of happiness.

Meredith + David

June 9th 2018 Meredith and David tied the knot in Saint Louis, Missouri. The day started with Meredith and her bridesmaids getting ready before heading to the church. Meredith and David had their ceremony held at Journey Hanley Road Church in Saint Louis. They were surrounded with family and friends. The church was beautiful with white ceilings and walls and a huge open space. After the Ceremony we met at Forest Park for wedding party and bride and groom portraits. The weather was perfect for a June wedding in the midwest warm and sunny! We started with portraits of Meredith and David. From piggy back rides to grabbing Limelike bikes for a picture. Following bride and groom images was time for the wedding party. We had a blast from cheers to tons of laughs. After capturing pictures at Forest Park we head downtown to the reception. The reception was held at The Willow downtown. The Willow is beyond gorgeous with a huge open space and windows all around the venue to flow in the natural light. Meredith and David had a taco bar for the food choice which was amazing and super yummy! The rest of the night Meredith and David danced the night away with friends and family. Congrats to the Meredith and David !!

Carly + Jacob

I first met Carly and Jacob a little over a year ago. We met for coffee and to go over their future wedding day. We all clicked right away when we met. During coffee we discussed their engagement story, how they met and all the details about their wedding day. I  knew from the moment of meeting this wedding was going to be beautiful! Fast forward a little bit- we captured their engagement at Cedar Lake Cellars. Carly and Jacob had a cute little picnic theme while carly wore her cowboy boots and a white dress. The other outfit change was probably my favorite because Carly is a Blackhawks fan and Jacob is a Blues hockey fan. They wore their jerseys representing their favorite hockey team. Needless to say I adored the two!

April 28, 2018 these two said " I do"and their wedding could not have been more magical! The day started off at The Color Room there Carly and her bridesmaids got their hair and make up done. Carly had a super cute updo style with fresh flowers to match her wedding. The girls laughed and shared memories as they were getting ready. After the girls were ready the girls all went back to the hotel to finish getting ready. At the hotel I captured the detail shots from the shoes to the jewelry. Than I hung up the beautiful dress alongside with her bridesmaids dress. The dresses were a pastel light pink and Carly's dress was a beautiful ivory lace wedding dress. After Carly slipped into her dress with the help of her maid of honor and sister. Once Carly was ready the girls and the bride all hopped onto the party bus to head over to the venue at Redemption Ranch.

Redemption Ranch is this beautiful white barn located in Moscow Mills, Missouri. The ranch is brand new in fact Carly and Jacob's wedding was the first wedding held at the Ranch since being finished. The ranch has a ton of natural light that flows into the tall white shiplap barn. I think every single one of us were in "awe" of the venue. Once we all arrived at Redemption Ranch we made sure to hide Jacob first. Jacob was there already getting ready with the groomsmen. The groomsmen were all sipping on Jameson and tying their ties patiently waiting for the ceremony. Once we hid Jacob it was time to bring in the bride. There we did a first look with Carly's dad and than we had Jacob and Carly exchange a letter from a door separating the two to not see on another.

The ceremony began around 1:00 pm. Carly walked down the aisle with her dad and let me tell you there was not a dry eye in the ceremony! The ceremony was beautiful! Her maid of honors dad was the officiant and her family members read verses from the Bible. Before the ceremony ended Carly and Jacob did a sand ceremony to celebrate their marriage as one. Soon after was of course the first kiss as Mr and Mrs! The ceremony left everyone in tears. Such a beautiful ceremony!

After the ceremony the wedding party, myself and the videographer all jumped onto the party bus to head over to the park for wedding party pictures. Let me first say this wedding party knew how to have fun! From dancing on the bus to rapping to oldies we were all cracking up and having a blast! This Saturday wedding was one of the first weddings you could really finally feel that spring was finally here! The sun was shinning and the temperatures were in the upper 70's I mean I do not think the weather could have been more perfect! We captured pictures at the park for about an hour. Starting with the bridesmaids and than wedding party. This wedding party was making me laugh so much! During photos the groomsmen (who played football in high school) all posed as if they were about to play football. I of course snapped that picture- it was too good of a candid moment! The sun was bright and Carly and Jacob were having so much fun. From twirling to kissing in the fields. After we captured the pictures at the park we all hopped back onto the party bus to head back to the ranch for the reception.

Of course there was more singing and dancing once we were back on the party bus. Let me firstly say if you have a gap in between your wedding and reception get a party bus, you will not regret it! From the groomsmens dancing to the bride and groom sharing sweet kisses the party bus was a blast! Once we arrived back at the ranch it was time to get the party started! Everyone entered by doing something goofy or piggy back rides, they were hilarious. After the wedding party entered the maid or honor and best man presented their speeches. From laughter in the room from the best man to tears from the maid of honor's speech these speeches were priceless. During the dinner there were two areas to get food which was super unique. One side was Carly's favorite food which was southern style chicken and gravy than the other side was Jacob's which was good ol' burgers and fries! I absolutely loved that idea! I of course went for Carly's side( the yummy fried chicken and gravy) the food was super yummy! Another cool fact- the caterer was Jacob's father's company (DMR Catering). After the food were the first dances. I  will never forget these dances! Carly and Jacob first started with their first dance which was beautiful- tons of emotion and many hugs. Than was Carly and her father's which was super emotional from tight hugs to tears of happiness. Than the last dance was Jacob and his mom, the dance first started slow than all of a sudden the Dj started playing up beat music. As soon as the up beat music happened Jacob and his mom were dancing to the music- not slow dancing but dancing which left everyone for a huge surprise including myself! The Mother- son dance was super unique! Seriously I will always remember those dances! From outside corn hole to dancing to the music to ending the night at Taco Bell (Carly and Jacob's go to place to eat). This wedding was such a fun, raw and tons of emotion ! I loved being apart of their magical day! Congrats to Carly and Jacob ! <3

Brendan + Madison

Love is in the spring air over here! Madison and Brendan tied the knot of April 27, 2018. This wedding was the first warm spring weather wedding to kick off the spring and summer wedding season ! I was super excited for this wedding because the forecast was suppose to rain but ended up taking a huge change and the temperature reached a high 70's and was super sunny. I think we all were stoked for the warm weather finally!

The day started off at Brendan's parents home in Fenton, Missouri. Madison and her girls got ready there while Brendan was back at his home with the guys. The hair and make up team were all in the basement of Brendan's parents home prepping the bridal party. I arrived that morning to start capturing the getting ready images. This bridal party was having a blast. With the mimosa's and breakfast bar area that morning was super fun and relaxed ! The girls all wore silk floral robes that Madison gave them. They all sipped on mimosas and Diet Dr. Pepper while they all got ready. Rizzo was the cutest little pup at Brendan's parents. I had to take a picture of Rizzo of course because I love dogs! Madison gave me the cutest thank you gift as well, a few gift cards, bracelet and the cutest cup that had my name and "Oh snap" on it! Thank you again Madison! So thoughtful! After the girls got ready the boys arrived and stayed upstairs while Madison stayed in the basement. Once Brenden arrived so did their pup Lexi. Lexi came running down the steps to see her momma as soon as she got there. We snapped a few pictures of Madison and her pup! I have met Lexi before and she is so sweet and super cute! Soon after it was time for the bride to get into her dress! Madison had the help of getting into her dress and buttoning from her close aunts. After a few pictures Brendan's mother finished the buttoning of Madison's dress. After images with the bridesmaids, etc it was time for the first look. We headed upstairs which was beyond beautiful ! There were two huge wood doors that had glass to see the outside so of course we had Brendan face the other way. There when Madison was walking outside to see her groom for the first time I had to capture the detail and THAT DRESS! Madison's dress was so beautiful the lace with the cut out on the back and the buttons on the back, I loved every detail! Once the front door opened and Madison tapped on Brendans shoulder the two linked eyes for the first time ! Brendan was grinning and was wowed by his beautiful bride! After the first look it was time to head down to Forest Park for pictures!

We arrived at Forest Park and started at The Muny. There the wedding party shared some beers and shared memories. We started with Madison and Brendan than let the wedding party join in on the fun. About a half hour after we headed to the Grand Basin in Forest Park for the rest of the wedding party and pictures of the bride and groom. The boys wore their glasses in the bright sun while the girls sipped on their drinks. After the pictures at the Grand Basin it was time to head back to the Fenton area for the ceremony and reception at Fox Run.

Unfortunately there was a bad accident on one of the main roads we had to drive on to get to the ceremony. We were instructed to take a detour. With the detour there was a ton of traffic and back country roads, etc. Madison and Brendan being the bride and groom made the decision to push back the wedding due to the bad traffic. This also allowed wedding guests to arrive at a timely manne. Pushing back the ceremony worked out perfectly since there was a ton of sunlight still and the weather was PERFECT! Madison and Brendan read their vows to one another than shared their first kiss. After the family pictures it was time to get the party started inside The Carriage House at Fox Run. The reception had a photo booth, a wood pallet that each guest signed, an open bar and a huge dance floor! The wedding party and guests danced the night away to a good mixture of classic music to Bruno Mars. That Sunday Madison and Brendan left for Mexico for their honeymoon! Happy almost two weeks of marriage! I am wishing them a lifelong marriage filled with happiness and love! Congrats to Madison and Brendan!!
