November weddings are always so sweet and the weather is perfect. November 10th Lauren and Alex said “ I do”. When meeting Lauren and Alex about a year ago I knew we would click very well we talked for over an hour about wedding details and just getting to know one another. When capturing their engagement images we had so much from meeting their pup Alfred to capturing pictures in Forest Park. Alex and Lauren’s day started with the girls getting ready and Alex’s parents home. The girls singed to good music, took selfies with a polaroid camera and talked about the day ahead. Once the girl’s were ready the ceremony was next. The ceremony was held at First United Methodist church in Saint Charles. The ceremony was beautiful! After the ceremony their pup Alfred showed up for some pictures. Lauren was ecstatic to see her fur baby. Once the ceremony was finished we all jumped onto a party bus to head into Saint Louis for pictures. Alex and Lauren had about a four hour gap from their ceremony to reception allowing time for pictures and different locations. The first stop was at Lafayette Square. We captured the wedding party and bride and groom portraits. The next stop would be everyone’s favorite. The graffiti wall downtown was a must for their wedding day. They popped champagne and celebrated the newlyweds. After the Graffiti wall we stopped by the Arch to snap a few in their hometown. There was still time leaving for the reception allowing everyone to stop at Big A’s on the riverfront. Everyone stopped to take a shot at a local favorite bar. After Alex and Lauren wanted to make one more stop by their first date. Alex and Lauren shared their first date at Erio’s restaurant to take a few pictures. After was the reception, the reception was held at All Occasions banquet in Saint Charles. Everyone one danced the night away celebrating Alex and Lauren. Congrats to Lauren and Alex we are wishing you a lifetime of happiness!
Stephanie and Scott had a GLORIOUS wedding! Both Stephanie and Scott are huge fans of superheroes so much that they incorporated Marvel and superhero into their wedding day. The entire wedding was held at the beautiful Cedar Lake Cellars in Wright City, Missouri. Stephanie and the girls got ready in the bridal suite at Cedar Lake Cellars while Scott and the men got ready in the big red barn. The ceremony was outside on the big open patio next to the barn. Red was apart of the colors for their wedding which made the big red barn perfect for their big day! They had a ton of family from out of town that flew in for their big day. Right after the ceremony led into the reception which was filled with laughter and happy tears. The two mingled with friends and family and danced the night away. Congrats to Stephanie and Scott! GLORIOUS!!
September 15 Ashley and Justin said “ I do” in Saint Charles, Missouri. The two are quite perfect for each other. They have been together since they were teenagers and have two sweet boys Leo and Ellis. I have known Ashley and Justin for quite some time and when they asked me to capture their big day I was honored. From capturing Ellis birth to their engagement session! Ashley and Justin had their ceremony held at Old Stone Chapel and the reception at The Foundry Art Centre. During the in between pictures their were a bunch of old muscle cars that were sitting outside that we got lucky to snap pictures with! Some of Ashley and Justin’s favorite cars were there so we made sure to snap some pictures next to the cars! During the reception Ashley’s father played an old video of Ashley while the two danced for their father daughter dance. The dance and video was perfect and left everyone in tears. During the cake cutting Ashley and Justin literally had a cake fight CUTEST THING EVER. They were cracking up and cake was flying all over the place. The entire day was a dream and I am wishing Ashley and Justin a lifetime of happiness!! Congrats you two!!
Ariel and Tim tied the knot on September 9th in Soulard, Missouri. The wedding was seriously magical. The ceremony and reception was held in the heart of Soulard at 9th Street Abbey. This gorgeous venue used to be an old church and the high ceiling’s and architect are breathtaking! The colors of the wedding were bold and bright. Deep rich Burgundy with pops of deep pink and Burgundy. The colors were perfect for a fall wedding. Ariel and Tim live in Texas and since Ariel is from Missouri she wanted to have her wedding day back at home where her good friends and family are. Wishing a lifelong marriage to Ariel and Tim! Congrats!!
